Once you have seen the lots and are interested in owning a plot, all you need to do is pay EC$1,000.00. This guarantees that you get the plot unless you are unable to finance it. Pay this $1,000.00 to show good faith and we will give you 30 days to seek financing. If your financing is approved then we will enter into a contract with you, the closing could be up to a time that is agreeable between you and the owner of the land.
If you are unsuccessful in getting financing during that initial 30 days period, your $1,000.00 is refunded fully. All road, light and water should be in place before we close. We have enclosed the document that is to be used once we are going to do business.
